ضوابط النشر في فيلولوجي

يرفع البحث على الموقع الإلكتروني للمجلة على بنك المعرفة لإجراء المراجعة الأولية له للتأكد من مطابقة البحث للضوابط الشكلية والفنية المعتمدة للمجلة. (في حال النشر في مجلة فيلولوجي يرفع البحث على الرابط التالي:https://alsun.journals.ekb.eg/https://alsun.journals.ekb.eg/

الضوابط الفنية والشكلية للبحث:

أن يتسم البحث بالأصالة والقيمة العلمية والمعرفية وأن يكون خاليًا من الأخطاء اللغوية والنحوية والمطبعية.

أن يكون البحث المقدم في مجالات (الأدب – اللغة – الترجمة) وأن يكون مكتوبًا بإحدى اللغات المعتمدة بالكلية: (العربية، الإنجليزية، الفرنسية، الإيطالية، الإسبانية، الألمانية، الروسية، التشيكية، الصينية، العبرية، الفارسية، اليابانية، الكورية، البرتغالية).

يتم إعداد البحث على برنامج MS Word (إصدار 2010 أو أعلى)

يجب أن يقع البحث في 20 (عشرين) صفحة مقاس Envelope B5 حد أقصىبما فيها المراجع والملخصات (يستثني من ذلك الأبحاث التي تكتب باللغة العربية حيث يصل أقصى عدد لصفحات البحث 25 صفحة مقاس Envelope B5 ).

تكتب الأبحاث بالمواصفات الفنية الآتية:

·        حجم الصفحة (17.5 × 25 سم ُEnvelope B5)

·        هوامش الصفحة

الصفحة الأولى

(اللغة الرئيسة + العربية والإنجليزية)

يجب أن تتضمن الصفحة الأولى ما يلي:

·        عنوان جيد وواضح ومختصر لا يتجاوز  15 كلمة (بحد أقصى).

·        اسم (أسماء) المؤلف (المؤلفين).

·        الدرجة العلمية والوظيفية

·        تخصص المؤلف (المؤلفين)، والقسم، والمؤسسة، والجامعة، والمدينة، والدولة.

·        البريد الإلكتروني.

الملخص

·        لا يتعدى الملخص 150 كلمة، ويجب أن يكون خاليا منالاختصارات غير المعروفة، أو المراجع غير المحددة،أوالعناوين الفرعية.

·        يكتب ملخص باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

الكلمات المفتاحية

5 كلمات مفتاحية تشمل: مجال البحث – كلمة مفتاحية من العنوان – ثلاث كلمات من المحتوى

النص

·        استخدام الخط العادي (Times New Roman ـ 12–point) عند كتابة النص.

·        حجم العناوين الفرعية 12 بخط عريض (لا توجد مسافة أسفل العناوين الفرعية).

·        يرجى عدم استخدام أكثر من ثلاثة مستويات من العناوين المعروضة.

·        حجم العنوان 14 بخط Bold.

·        المسافة بين الأسطر 1.15 سم.

·        المسافة بين الفقرات (6 pt).

·        استخدام الخط المائل للتأكيد.

·        استخدام ترقيم الصفحات التلقائي.

·        عدم استخدامخاصية الحقل (functionsfield).

·        عدم استخدام فواصل المقاطع (section breaks)

·        استخدام خاصيةالمراجع ““references لإدراج التعليقات الختامية والمراجع (ولا يجوز كتابتها يدويًا).

·        استخدام (Tab) أو الأوامر الأخرى لعمل مسافات بدء الكتابة، وليس شريط المسافة.

·        استخدام خاصية الجدول فيWord وليس جداول  Excelلإنشاء الجداول.

·        استخدام محرر المعادلات أو MathType لعمل المعادلات.

أولا: نظام التوثيق داخل النص:

·       يجب مراعاة الإرشادات التالية عند التوثيق داخل النص:

1-عندما يكون اسم المؤلف جزءا من سرد النص، يجب ذكر سنة النشر بين قوسين بعده مباشرة:

2- إذا كان الاسم الأخير للمؤلفليس جزءا من سرد النص، يجب ذكره يليه فاصلة ثم سنة النشر بين القوسين:

3-عند الاقتباس المباشر، يجب ذكر رقم الصفحة بعد سنة النشر وإضافة رمز “p.” قبلها (وليس فاصلة):

 

“students often had difficulty using APA style, especially when it was their first time” (Author Last Name, year, p. XXX) .

 

4- في حال وجود مؤلفين اثنين لنفس المرجع، يجب ذكر اسم كل منهما والربط بينهما باستخدام حرف العطف ““and في حال ورودهما في متن النص أو خارج القوسين، أو باستخدام رمز الربط “&” في حال ورودهما بين الأقواس، أو فيجداول أوفي العناوين أو في قائمة المراجع.

5-في حال اشتراك ثلاثة مؤلفين أو أكثر في مصدر واحد، يجب ذكر الاسم الأخير للمؤلف الأول متبوعًا بلفظ “et al.” دون استخدام الخط المائل ومع إضافة نقطة بعده ويليهما سنة النشر:

6- في حال توثيق مصدرين لثلاثة مؤلفين (أو أكثر) يجب مواعاة النموذج التالي:

في حال ذكر المرجعين التاليين في قائمة المراجع:

Smith, Jones, Miller, Green, and Powell (2000)

 

يجب توثيقهما داخل النص على النحو التالي:

Smith, Jones, Clark, et al. (2000) described …

أو

(Smith, Jones, Clark, et al. ,2000).

 (Smith, Jones, Miller, et al. ,2000).

على الرغم من ذلك، فإن لفظ “et al” يدل على الجمع ومعناه “وآخرون” ولا يمكن استخدامه للإشارة إلى اسم مؤلف واحد. ولذلك، في حال اختلاف المصدرين في الاسم الأخير للمؤلف الأخير فقط، لزم ذكر الأسماء الأخيرة لجميع المؤلفين في جميع الاقتباسات. على سبيل المثال:

7- عند توثيق مرجعين أو أكثر لنفس المؤلف في الجزء نفسه من النص، يجب الفصل بين تواريخ نشر تلك المراجع باستخدام الفاصلة وترتيبها ترتيبًا زمنيًا:

 

The author has stated this in several studies… (Author Last Name, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2006).

 

8- في حال اشتراك أكثر من مرجع في اسم المؤلف (أو مؤلفين اثنين، أو أكثر مع اتفاقهم في الترتيب نفسه) وفى سنة النشر، يجب إضافة اللواحق التالية “…a, b,cوهكذا” بعد سنة النشر مع تكرار ذكرها. وتستخدم نفس اللواحق في قائمة المراجع وتعتمد على ترتيب المراجع ترتيبًا أبجديًا وفقًا لعنوانيها سواءً أكانت مقالا أم فصلًا أم عملًا كاملا

9- في حال توثيق عملين أو أكثر لمؤلفين مختلفين داخل الأقواس نفسها، يجب ترتيب الأعمال وفقًا للاسم الأخير للمؤلف الأول ترتيبًا أبجديًا مع الفصل بينهم باستخدام الفاصلة المنقوطة:

 

It has been noted that … (Clark, 2001; Miller, 2001).

 

10- إذا كان اسم المؤلف هو اسم مؤسسة وليس فردًا (على سبيل المثال هيئة حكومية أو جامعة ….إلخ)، فيجب الإشارة إلى اسم تلك المؤسسة كاملًا عند كل توثيق داخل النص إلا إذا أمكن اختصار اسم المؤسسة، في تلك الحالة يذكر كاملا عند أول توثيق فقط ويتم اختصاره فيما يلى ذلك من توثيقات:

 

عند التوثيق الأول داخل النص:

عند التوثيقات التالية داخل النص:… (NIMH, 2000) …

 

11- في حال كون المؤلف مجهولًا، يجب ذكر كلمات قليلة من بداية المرجع، والتي غالبًا ما تكون هي نفسها عنوان المرجع، ثم تذكر سنة النشر. تستخدم علامات التنصيص المزدوجة مع عناوين المقالات، والفصول، والصفحات الإلكترونية بينما تستخدم الكتابة المائلة مع عناوين الدوريات والكتب….إلخ

12- لا يتم إدراج الاتصالات الشخصية في قائمة المراجع ولكن توثق في النص فقط من خلال ذكر الأحرف الأولى والاسم الأخير للشخص الذى تم التواصل معه مع التحديد الدقيق لتاريخ التواصل إن أمكن :

… (Initial and Last Name of Person, personal communication, April 28, 2000).

 

13- في حال الاستشهاد بآيات من القرآن الكريم توضع الآية داخل قوسين مزهرين متبوعة باسم السورة ورقم الآية داخل قوسين نصف دائريين:

 

﴿وَيَسْئَلُونَكَ عَنِ الرُّوحِ قُلِ الرُوحُ مِنْ أمْرِ رَبِّـي وَما أُوتِـيتُـمْ مِنَ العِلْـمِ إلاَّ قَلِـيلاً﴾(الإسراء: 80)

ثانيا: قائمة المراجع

إرشادات عامة

1.      ترتب قائمة المراجع ترتيبًا أبجديًا.

2.      عند وجود أكثر من مرجع لنفس المؤلف (المؤلفين)، فلا تستخدم أي رموز للاختصار بل يجب تكرار الاسم في كل مرة.

3.      يراعي الآتي عند توثيق عدة أعمال لمؤلف واحد:

4·        تُرتب الأعمال المنفردة حسب تاريخ النشر من الأقدم إلى الأحدث.

5·        تسبق الأعمال المنفردة الأعمال المشتركة التي تبدأ بنفس الاسم الأخير.

6·        تُرتب المراجع المشتركة مع مؤلفين اثنين أو أكثر ترتيبًا أبجديًا حسب اسم المؤلف الثاني، وإذا كان المؤلف الثاني هو نفسه، تُرتب حسب الاسم الأخير للمؤلف الثالث، وهكذا.

تُرتب الأعمال المتعددة للمؤلفين المتشابهة أسماؤهم حسب سنة النشر من الأقدم إلى الأحدث:

ثانياً: المعايير والضوابط العلمية

❖ الالتزام بالهيكل العلمي واتباع المعايير العالمية في كتابة الأبحاث:

حداثة الموضوع وجديته وأصالته.

وضوح الهدف.

اتباع المنهج العلمي المناسب لطبيعة البحث.

ربط الإطار النظري بالتطبيق.

عمق التحليل والمناقشة.

ربط النتائج بالأهداف.

تنوع المراجع وحداثتها.

مراعاة الأمانة العلمية وأخلاقيات النشر العلمي

مراعاة نسبة الاقتباسبحيث لا تتجاوز 15% على برنامج Turnitin

 

خطوات تحكيم البحث

تقوم هيئة التحرير بالتأكد من نسبة الاقتباس في البحث وفقا للضوابط المعتمدة للمجلة على برنامج Turnitin

في حال تجاوز البحث لنسبة الاقتباس المعتمدة يرفض البحث ويعاد للباحث. يحق للباحث التقدم مرة أخرى ببحثه بعد ضبطه ويعاد قياس نسبة الاقتباس مرة أخرى.

في حال مطابقة البحث لنسبة الاقتباس المعتمدة يتم التأكد من استيفاء البحث لكافة الضوابط الفنية والعلميةالمشار إليها أعلاه.

في حال مخالفة البحث للضوابط الفنية والعلمية يتم إبلاغ الباحث بالملحوظات التي يجب مراعاتها

يبلغ الباحث باستيفاء / أو عدم استيفاء البحث للضوابط الشكلية والفنية خلال 30 يوما من رفع النسخة الإليكترونية على موقع المجلة.

في حال استيفاء البحث للضوابط الفنية والعلمية يتم اخطار الباحث بذلك من خلال البريد الاليكتروني للمجلة وبعده يقدم الباحث نسختين ورقيتين من البحث للتحكيم وسداد مقابل النشر والتحكيم.

يخضع البحث المقدم للتحكيم السري من جانب اثنين من المحكمين المتخصصين في مجال البحث لبيان صلاحيته للنشر

يبلغ الباحث بنتيجة التحكيم خلال 45 يوما من تاريخ سداد الرسوم

في حال طلب المحكمين إجراء تعديلات جذرية على البحث يلتزم الباحث بإجراء هذه التعديلات خلال 30 يوما من تاريخ تسلم تقرير المحكمين.

في حال طلب المحكمين اجراء تعديلات طفيفة على البحث يلتزم الباحث بإجراء هذه التعديلات خلال 15 يوما من تاريخ تسلم تقرير التحكيم.

ترسل النسخ النهائية للأبحاث على البريد الإلكتروني (philology@alsun.asu.edu.eg).

يوقع الباحث إقرارا بشأن حقوق الملكية للمجلة

يتم التواصل بشكل مباشر مع أصحاب الأبحاث بمقر الكلية أو من خلال البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي.

تسدد رسوم النشر والتحكيم بوحدة رفاعة للبحوث وتنمية المعلومات اللغوية والترجمة (كلية الألسن، الطابق الأرضي)

يشترط لطالب الدراسات العليا (ماجستير / دكتوراه) إلى جانب الشروط السابقة: أ) توقيع إقرار بأن البحث يتصل برسالته وليس جزءًامنها، ب) موافقة الأستاذ المشرف على البحث وفق النموذج المعتمد في المجلة.

 

تنبيهات مهمة:

لا يجوز للباحث سحب بحثه بعد إجراء التحكيم

يمكن للباحث استرداد رسوم النشر فقط إذا كان بحثه غير مقبول للنشر، ولا يسترد رسوم التحكيم.

ترفع نسخة واحدة فقط من البحث على الموقع الاليكتروني للمجلة وفي حال رفع أكثر من نسخة للبحث الواحد ترفض جميع النسخ دون أدنى مسئولية على المجلة.

في حال طلب تعديلات على البحث من المحكمين الاثنين يقوم الباحث بعمل التعديلات المطلوبة على نسخة واحدة من البحث بحيث تشتمل هذه النسخة على كافة التعديلات المطلوبة من المحكمين.

يلتزم الباحث بإعداد البحث وفق الضوابط والمعايير المعتمدة للمجلة، كما أن هيئة تحرير المجلة غير مخول لها القيام بأية إجراءات تتعلق بتحرير النص أو طباعته.

First:Technical and Formal Guidelines

The manuscript should be novel, have scientific value, and free of any linguistic, grammatical, and typographical errors.

The Manuscripts have to be in the fields of literature, Linguistics, and Translation and must be written in any of the certified languages in the faculty: Arabic,English,French, Italian, Spanish,German ,Russian , Czech, Chinese, Hebrew, Persian , Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese.

The manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word format version 2010 or later.

The manuscript should not exceed 20 pages size Envelope B5 including the abstract and the references. It should not exceed 25 pages size Envelope B5 for Arabic manuscripts

The Researcher must submit the Manuscript according to the following technical features:

The front page should include:

·        A good, brief, and clear title that does not exceed 10- 15 words.

·        The name(s) of the author(s).

·        The affiliation(s) of the author(s), Department, Institution, University, City, and Country.

·      Abstract

·  The abstract should not exceed 150 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations, unspecified references or any subheadings.

·  The abstract should be submitted in English and Arabic.

·      Keywords

·   5 words including the following (Manuscript field – keyword from the title – three words from the content)

·      Text

·   Use a normal, plain font (12-point Times Roman) for text.

·   Subheadings size12 Bold (no space below the subheadings)

·   Please use no more than three levels of displayed headings.

·   Headline size 14 Bold

·   Line spacing 1.15 cm

·   Space between paragraphs 6pt.

·   Use italics for emphasis.

·   Use the automatic page numbering to number the pages.

·   Do not use field functions.

·   Do not use Section breaks.

·   Use References tap for endnotes & references (don’t write it manually).

·   Use tab stops or other commands for indents, not the space bar.

·   Use the table function, not spreadsheets, to make tables.

·   Use the equation editor or MathType for equations.

Author Details

I)                   Text citations

 Note the following for the style of text citations:

 1. If the author’s name is in the text, follow with the year in parentheses:

 Author Last Name (year) has argued …

2. If the author’s name is not in the text, insert last name, comma and year:

….several works have described….. (Author Last Name, year).

3. For direct quotations, the page number follows the year, preceded by ‘p.’ (not a colon):

“students often had difficulty using APA style, especially when it was their first time” (Author Last Name, year, p. XXX).

4. Where there are two authors, always cite both names, joined by ‘and’ if within running text and outside of parentheses; joined by an ampersand (&) if within parenthetical material, in tables and in captions, and in the reference list:

….it has been stated that … (Author Last Name & Author Last Name, year).

5. When a work has three or more authors, include only the surname of the first author followed by ‘et al.’ (not italicized and with a period after ‘al’) and the year:

6. If two references with three or more authors shorten to the same form, cite the surnames of the first authors and of as many of the subsequent authors as

necessary to distinguish the two references, followed by a comma and ‘et al.’. For example:

Smith, Jones, Miller, Green, and Powell (2000)

In the text you would cite them, respectively, as:

However, because ‘et al.’ is plural (meaning ‘and others’), it cannot stand for only one name. When only the final author is different, spell out all names in every citation. For example:

If you had the following reference entries:

Smith, Jones, Clark, and Kumar (2000)

Smith, Jones, Clark, and Green (2000)

In the text you would cite them, respectively, as:

Smith, Jones, Clark, and Kumar (2000) mentioned that ….

Smith, Jones, Clark, and Green (2000) mentioned that ….

7. If two or more references by the same author are cited together, separate the dates with a comma (in chronological order):

The author has stated this in several studies…. (Author Last Name, 2000, 2001,2000,2001,2002, 2006).

8. If there is more than one reference to the same author (or by the same two or more authors in the same order) and year, insert the suffixes ‘a’, ‘b’, ‘c’, etc., after the year of publication and repeat the year. The suffixes are assigned in the reference list, where these kinds of references are ordered alphabetically by title (of the article, chapter, or complete work):

It was described as …. (Author Last Name, 2000a, 2000b, 2000c).

9. List two or more works by different authors who are cited within the same parentheses in alphabetical order by the first author’s surname, separated by semicolons:

It has been noted that … (Clark, 2001; Miller, 2001)

Exception: You may separate a major citation from other citations within parentheses by inserting a phrase, such as ‘see also’ before the first of the remaining citations, which should be in alphabetical order:

… (Miller, 2001; see also Clark, 2000; Smith, 2000)

10. When names of groups (e.g. government agencies, universities, etc.) serve as authors, these are usually spelled out each time they appear in a text citation. However, some group authors can be spelled out in the first citation and abbreviated thereafter:

First text citation:

… (National Institute of Mental Health [NIMH], 2000).

Subsequent text citation:

… (NIMH, 2000)

11. When a work has no author as such, cite in the text the first few words of the reference list entry (usually the title) and the year. Use double quotation marks around the title of an article or chapter or web page and italicize the title of a journal, book, etc.:

It was stated that …. (“Title of publication”, year).

12. Citations from personal communications are not included in the reference list; cite in text only, giving the initials as well as the surname of the communicator and provide as exact a date as possible:

General Guidelines

1. Check that the list is in alphabetical order by surname of the author.

2. Where several references have the same author(s), do not use ditto marks or em dashes; the name must be repeated each time.

. When ordering several works by the same first author:

·        Single-author references arranged in date order, the earliest first;

·        Single-author entries precede multiple-author entries beginning with the same surname

·        Two or more author references in alphabetical order according to the second author’s last name, or if the second author is the same, the last name of the third author, and so on.

Second: Scientific Criteria and Regulations

-Abiding by the scientific structure and following the international standards in writing Manuscripts:

Novelty, authenticity and originality of the topic.

Clarity of objective.

Following the scientific methodology that is suitable for the nature of the Manuscripts.

Linking the theoretical part to the practical part.

Providing profound analysis and the discussion.

Linking the results to the goals.

Diversity and novelty of the references.

Considering scientific integrity and scientific Manuscripts ethics.

Avoiding plagiarism so that it should not exceed 15% on Turnitin.

Procedures of reviewing a manuscript

The editorial board uses Turnitin to check for plagiarism in the manuscript.

If the similarity scores exceed the percentage specified by the journal, the manuscript is rejected and sent back to the researcher who can make changes and resubmit it to be checked for plagiarism once more.

If the manuscript matches the similarity score specified by the journal, the previous formal and technical conditions will be checked.

If the manuscript does not fulfill the conditions, the researcher will be notified.

The researcher is to receive the notification within 30 days of submitting the manuscript on the journal site.

If the Manuscript meets all the previous formal and technical conditions, the researcher will be notified via email.The researcher,then, is asked to submit two hard copies of the manuscript to be peer reviewed and to pay the publishing and refereeing fees.

The submitted Manuscript is secretly evaluated by a specialized committee that judges how valid they are for publication.

The researcher will be notified of the result within 45 days of paying the fees.

If the reviewers demand radical modifications, the researcher should do them and submit the modified copy within 30 days of receiving the reviewers report.

If the reviewers demand few modifications, the researcher should do them and submit the modified copy within 15 days of receiving the reviewers report

The final Manuscripts version shall be sent to the email address :philology@alsun.asu.edu.eg

The researcher signs an acknowledgement of the journal copyright.

Contacts with the researchers will be via email oron campus.

Publishing and peer reviewing fees are paid at Refaa Unit for Manuscripts, Linguistic Information development, and Translation…Ground floor.

Post- graduate students (M A /PhD), in addition to the previous conditions , are asked to sign an acknowledgement that the manuscript is related to his thesis and not part of it . Moreover, his manuscript should be signed by his supervisor.

Important Remarks

The researcher should not withdraw his manuscript after being reviewed.

The fees can only be refunded if the manuscript is rejected.

One softcopy only of the manuscript is submitted to the journal. If more than one softcopy is submitted, all the copies are rejected without any responsibility.

The researcher should make all the reviewers’modifications in only one copy of the manuscript.

The researcher should follow the journal guidelines and the editorial board is not responsible for editing or printing the manuscript.
