شهدت كلية الألسن في الأعوام الأخيرة العديد من التطورات التي تمثل قاطرة الدفع نحو مستقبل يتسم بالتغيرات السريعة والتحديات المتزايدة، وتأتي خطة كلية الألسن الاستراتيجية الجديدة 2024-2029 كدليل واضح لتحقيق طموحات جامعة عين شمس نحو إنتاج المعرفة واستثمارها ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق التنافسية العالمية في ظل منظومة من القيم الجوهرية وبما يتسق مع رؤية مصر 2030 وأهداف التنمية المستدامة.

لذا فإن خطة كلية الألسن الاستراتيجية 2024-2029 خارطة طريق تسعى لتعزيز مكانة الكلية الرائدة التي لطالما كانت منارة للعلم والتبادل بين الثقافات ومركزًا حضاريًا منيرًا يضم بين جنباته ستة عشر لغة من لغات العالم وتمثل رافدًا من روافد قوة مصر الناعمة وجسرًا للتواصل مع الآخر في عصر مليء بالتغيرات الذي نحتاج فيه إلى مزيد من التواصل الفاعل في ظل مباديء الإنسانية واحترام حقوق الإنسان وإعلاء لقيم التسامح والاحترام ونبذ التطرف بكل أشكاله وتقدير التنوع الثقافي.

إن خطة كلية الألسن الاستراتيجية جزءًا من التزامنا بتحقيق التقدم المنشود بناء على دراسة متأنية للوضع الحالي وتحديد الأولويات وتحليل الفرص والتحديات التي تواجهنا لتحويل الطموحات إلى خطوات عملية قابلة للتنفيذ والقياس.

حرصنا على دعوة جميع الأطراف ذات الصلة للمشاركة بالرأي في رسم ملامح الخطة الاستراتيجية مع ضمان أعلى مستويات الشفافية والمصداقية في عرض نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات لإيمان الكلية الراسخ بأن العمل الجماعي والمشاركة في صنع القرار هو السبيل نحو احتفاظ الكلية بالتميز والريادة والسعي نحو التطوير على مستوى الخدمات التعليمية والبحثية والخدمية لتلبية متطلبات الجيل الرابع من الجامعات.

نؤمن بأن الإنسان هو محور التنمية وأساس نجاح أي خطة استراتيجية. لذا فإن كل هدف ونشاط ضمن هذه الخطة يعكس التزامنا بتحسين جودة التعليم والبحث العلمي وتطبيق مباديء الحوكمة وتحسين التعاون الدولي وتعزيز الوضع التنافسي للكلية ومنظومة الجودة وتطوير الموارد المادية والبشرية للكلية.

ختامًا، نؤكد أن هذه الخطة الاستراتيجية تعد بداية لرحلة جديدة شائقة من العمل الجاد والتطوير المستمر.

In recent years, Faculty of Al-Alsun has witnessed several developments that represent the engine that propels us into a future of rapid change and growing challenges. The new strategic plan of Faculty of Al-Alsun (2024 – 2029) comes as a guide to realize the aspirations of Ain Shams University towards knowledge production and investment, support of the national economy, and achievement of

 the global competitiveness under a system of core values in line with Egypt’s vision 2030 and the sustainable development goals (SDGs).

The strategic plan is a road map that seeks to promote the leading position of the Faculty that has always been a beacon of science and intercultural exchange; an illuminating cultural center that hosts sixteen of the world languages. The Faculty further represents a "tributary" of Egypt's soft power and a bridge to communicate with each other in an era of changes that requires effective communication under the principles of humanity, respect of human rights, upholding the values of tolerance, respect and renunciation of extremism in all its forms, and appreciation of cultural diversity.

This strategic plan is part of our commitment to achieve the desired progress based on a careful consideration of the current situation, identifying priorities, analysis of the opportunities and challenges we face to turn ambitions into doable, measurable and practical steps.

We were keen to invite all relevant stakeholders to engage in the outline of the strategic plan while ensuring the highest levels of transparency and credibility in display of the SWOT elements. This stems from the Faculty’s firm belief that teamwork and participation in decision-making is the path towards maintaining excellence and leadership and pursuing development of educational and research services to meet the requirements of the fourth generation of universities.

We believe that man is the center of development and the basis of the success of any strategic plan. Therefore, every objective and activity within this plan reflects our commitment to improve the quality of education and scientific research, apply the principles of governance, promote international cooperation, strengthen the competitive status of the Faculty and the quality system, and develop the material and human resources of the Faculty.

In conclusion, this strategic plan is the beginning of a new challenging journey of hard work and continuous development. Our strategic plan is an invitation for us and you to collaborate together to reach out to our students of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, to become globally competitive as graduates capable of supporting the building of their nation and achieving the requirements of the labour market while preserving their national identity.
